Did that really just happen?

Embellished Living is having an amazing couple of months!  In the past 2 months we have had over 40,000 views on Etsy, and we have almost reached 100 sales!  (Let me just say most of those sales have been for multiple items)  We just shipped our first item to Switzerland and officially became international!  As if all of those things were not amazing enough we were contacted by Kirsten Krason,an Interior Designer in Utah who wanted to feature out monogram wreath on her segment on her local news station!!  I told you it was amazing!  On Friday, December 2, 2011 the segment aired.  So surreal!  We are about 5 minutes into the segment!  Thank you Kirsten and Studio 5!

Black Friday?

Black Friday and the unofficial start to holiday shopping is just around the corner, however, we're pretty sure holiday shopping has already begun on Etsy since this isn't even all the boxes we shipped yesterday!

Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery...

Our most popular item to date has been our monogram wreath.  People have fallen in love with it, and it has brought us to places we only hoped for when we started our company back in February.  We have people at shows that cannot believe that they are meeting the people who originated it's popular design that they have been accustomed to seeing pinned all over Pinterest, it is so strange and flattering.  It has been such a crazy and exciting time for us!  Knowing that people want to have our product as decor for their wedding day, or to give a loved one as a gift, or to hang on their own front door is such a thrill.  Seeing our products being pinned on pinterest and featured on blogs is simply amazing.  We are now coming across copycat versions, and while that part of it can be a little hard to swallow (especially since we have found local people doing it)  we are just amazed that all of this is taking place and could not be more excited about the future of Embellished Living!!

How lucky are we?

How lucky are we?  We were able to snag the Nashville area's best photographer recently to come and take some photos of our stuff!  Kate Crafton is amazing and has a fantastic eye, but we were still surprised at how beautifully she captured our products in her photos.  We have all long enjoyed her taking photos of our families so we really had no doubt that she would do some incredible work for us.  Thank you so much Kate for helping make the images of our items go from ordinary to extraordinary!

What can you do with this?

Let us show you!  Just like our motto... ordinary to extraoridnary!

The plain glass block can be embellished to show off your favorite drink.

These blocks are 5.5 inches tall and 5.5 inches wide and sell for $20.

The plain glass block can be used as a night light for your child(ren).

These night lights give off the perfect amount of light for your little and not so little ones.  Each block comes with the light and the stand.  With the stand the blocks measure 7 inches high and 5.5 inches wide.

The lighted glass blocks also make wonderful house warming gifts!

With a last name or just an initial, this lighted block would be a perfect idea for a new home owner or a newly married couple.

The plain blocks can also be embellished to celebrate the holidays.

Choose from one of the above or come up with your own idea, and email us at embellishedliving@gmail.com.  We LOVE custom orders!

So Much Fun!

We had such a great time at our first craft show!  We got some great feedback and had several sales and custom orders!  More people than not were very surprised that we made our items and were not part of a home party business.  How flattering!  We could not be more happy about our new adventure and can't wait until our next show in May at Fellowship Church!
Thanks to everyone for your continued support and encouragement!
